Delivery Charges
1st Class `Signed for`

Included in the price. If you will be unavailable to sign for delivery but you have a `safe place` where the item can be left or a neighbour can sign, please put the details in the `Add Comments About Your Order` box during checkout.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery of `unsigned for` items.

Next Working Day £7.00 per item. Royal Mail `Next Day` delivery service. Order must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the same day but will probably be processed the following day (if it is not to be processed the same day, please make a note in the order comments). Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Saturday or Monday.

The delivery address will copied as per supplied when the order is placed.
If no-one is available to sign for delivery Royal Mail will keep the package at the local delivery office (not Post Office) for 7 days enabling you to pick it up or arrange redelivery. Packages not delivered/collected within 7 days will be returned to us.
All packages returned by Royal Mail as unclaimed will be subject to a redelivery charge.
If the package cannot delivered because of an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement.
While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day by Royal Mail first class post. The Royal Mail `signed for` service is used for both your and our security.

Goods will be packed in postage bags, padded bags, or cardboard boxes depending on the size and shape of the item. All items will be adequately protected against damage in transit.

Out of Stock
In the rare event that listed are out of stock we will refund your payment and notify you of the anticipated restocking date. We will also notify you when the goods are back in stock.

Damage In transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. We must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim.

If you believe there are items missing from your order, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. We must be notified of any shortage within 24 hours, the original packaging must be available for inspection.

Incorrect Goods
If the order is incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, please do not open the manufactures packaging or use the items as we will not be able to accept them back.

Non deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.

We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.
