Q. Are all your products guenuine?
A. We will never sell anything we suspect may be less than 100% genuine. We use our products ourselves, we wouldn't if they weren't authentic. Obviously we are at the mercy of the integrity of our suppliers. Apart from occasionally importing from the USA and Europe, all our suppliers are UK based. All suppliers are of good repute and have been trading longer than us.

Q. Are all items in stock?
A. All listed products should be in stock. The very rare occasions when this may not be true are if we have made error when updating stock or if the item goes out of stock whilst you are browsing (though this should be evident during checkout).

Q. How soon do you despatch orders?
A. Though not guaranteed, we endeavor to depatch all orders within 1 working day. In most cases we hope to despatch orders placed before 1pm the same working day.

Q. Will I be bombarded with emails?
A. At yet we have never sent out advertising emails. The only emails we send directly relate to an account/order or in response to an enquiry. We may introduce 'mailshots' in the future but it will only be to email addresses that have 'opted in'.

Q. What happens if I have a complaint?
A. We take every care in providing the best service possible to our customers. If you need to raise an issue please reply to one of our emails or email us at sales@lamora.co.uk, we will do our best to resolve the problem.
If we are unable to reach an amicable agreement you may refer your complaint to the Online dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Upon receipt of your complaint the ODR will escalate your complaint to your local dispute resolution service - this process is free and conducted entirely online.
