Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website.

Placing an order on this website indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and keep a printed copy for future reference.

  1. All stock is boxed, cellophane wrapped (if that is the normal presentation i.e. some are not cellophane wrapped as standard), unopened and 100% genuine. Exactly as you would buy in any major retail outlet.
  2. All stock is subject to availability.
  3. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the prices shown on this site are accurate, we reserve the right to change a price if, prior to despatching the goods, it is found to be incorrect. Should this happen you will be given the option of cancelling or continuing with the order.
  4. All prices are in UK pounds sterling.
  5. Images displayed for products are for guidance only. Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure their accuracy, they cannot be fully guaranteed.
  6. When applicable and available, product shades are displayed. these are for guidance only. It is not possible to fully reproduce the actual shade nor is it possible to ensure that it displays the same on all screens.

To order through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be be cancelled prior to despatch. After despatch a cancellation will considered and treated as a `Return`.

Returns and Refunds

Please contact us before returning any item. To meet our strict health & hygiene conditions unwanted goods -

All returns must be made within 30 days from receipt of the goods.

All refunds are at the discretion of the management.

Damage In transit

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. We must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim.


If items are missing from your order, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Shortages must be notified to us within 24 hours.

Incorrect Goods

Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.

Non deliveries

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.

We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.

Complaints Procedure

We take every care in providing the best service possible to our customers. If you need to raise an issue please reply to one of our emails or email us at sales@lamora.co.uk, we will do our best to resolve the problem.

If we are unable to reach an amicable agreement you may refer your complaint to the Online dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Upon receipt of your complaint the ODR will escalate your complaint to your local dispute resolution service - this process is free and conducted entirely online.
